4+ years in product management or related roles within medtech or regulated industries.
BSc. or MSc.: Engineering, Science or related
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and sprint planning cycles.
Experience in hardware/software product development.
Experience with agile frameworks and resource allocation using tools like JIRA, GitLab, or similar.
Strong communication, prioritization, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experience in the medical device industry.
Marketing or business-related training in the healthcare field.
Curiosity and knowledge in healthcare and neuroscience.
Basic understanding of innovation and design processes.
