Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Customer Support team.

What will you do

Support to resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Support in resolving product or service problems by actively testing medical devices.
Maintaining close contact with the R&D team to identify and resolve sources of errors.
Supporting inverse logistics operations by fulfilling internal forms and managing product returns and replacements.
Support in validating software updates and hardware.
Generate statistics and reports on support issues.

What do you need

Oral and written communication in English.
Knowledge of biological signals is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage customer issues effectively.
A keen interest in technology, particularly in medical devices and software.
